Power of the Pack

As a mother of three children, my family is at the heart of everything I do. Their presence in my life has not only inspired me, but also instilled in me a profound sense of responsibility to contribute to a better world. This led me to create a women’s non-profit organization, alongside my career as a mortgage loan officer.

For me, empowerment is more than just a word—it’s a guiding principle, a philosophy that shapes my actions. It represents the belief that when women unite, support each other, and enjoy the journey together, we become unstoppable agents of positive change. I firmly believe that women are pivotal in shaping the future, and by empowering one another, we unlock limitless possibilities for ourselves and for future generations.

Enas Latif is a Top Associate Real Estate Broker in WNY and Real Estate Entrepreneur. Enas is Extremely passionate about her role as the real estate team leader on the Enas Latif Sales Team, where she thrives in helping clients find their dream homes and her team members achieve their goals.

At home, she cherishes time with her loving husband, two daughters, and two adorable dogs. Enas is also deeply involved in Power of the Pack, dedicating herself to inspiring and empowering local women. Her community holds a special place in her heart, and she enjoys exploring local restaurants, practicing yoga, and traveling in her spare time.

I am a prominent Specialty Diagnostics Executive at Quest Diagnostics, where I have earned a reputation for my strategic vision and leadership in advancing diagnostic solutions. I have a deep passion for improving patient care through innovative diagnostic technologies.  My journey with Quest Diagnostics has been full of a series of significant achievements.  I am a devoted single mom to three beautiful children, embodying both professional excellence and personal dedication, while balancing an esteemed career with the joys and challenges of motherhood.  My children are my greatest source of inspiration and joy.  I value my strong relationship with each of them and their successes as young adults is evident in the quality time I spend with them, balancing my professional responsibilities with family activities and milestones.

Being a director on the board for Power of the Pack, which is composed of strong women dedicated to uplifting women and supporting the community, means partaking in shaping and guiding an organization with a profound mission. It involves leadership that fosters an environment of empowerment and collaboration.  The Power of the Pack board holds a crucial role in ensuring that our vision translates into meaningful actions that benefit both women and the broader community, and I am proud to be a part of this amazing Pack.

Sarah grew up in Lewiston, New York and graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo in 2006. After working in the banking industry for several years, Sarah returned to UB to pursue her MBA Since graduating with her MBA, she has also earned her FINRA series 7 and 66 registrations, life and health insurance licenses, and is certified through the NYS Partnership for Long Term Care. She has over 10 years’ experience in the financial industry and is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Wilcox Financial Group, LLC and PowHerHouse Money Coaching, LLC.

After finance, Sarah’s greatest passion is wellness. She enjoys running, weightlifting, and cooking healthy meals. She is a Blackbelt in Taekwondo and has finished several half-marathons. Furthermore, she loves challenges, be it a tricky financial plan, a new fitness goal, or a complicated recipe, Sarah will persist until she is successful. Likewise, she is an adventurer, and, as such, travels whenever she gets the opportunity. She also enjoys checking out all the Western New York region has to offer amazing cuisine, beautiful hiking trails, and quaint, quirky neighborhoods.

Sarah is passionate about women knowing and understanding their financial picture, being confident in their decisions and feeling incredible financial freedom.
